Proudly, I am a Marine Corps veteran who served in Vietnam from September 1966 to October 1967.
​
I'm an accredited claims agent approved to represent veterans before the VA and the Board of Veterans Appeals (BVA). I have over 40 years experience working for the VA beginning as a claims examiner and concluding as an Adjudication Officer.
I have held many positions during those 40 years including, while working at VA Headquarters in Washington D. C., Chief of Quality Review and Chief of Advisory Opinion.

In addition, after retirement in 1999 I returned to the VA as a rehired annuitant and worked another 15 years as a Decision Review Officer responsible for the review of veterans' appeals and the processing of appeals. I also spent many years reviewing the work of those employees responsible for the preparation of disability determinations. I know where VA personnel make mistakes and know how to find them.
Honestly, I can say I have been there and done that and I am anxious to share my knowledge of the VA claims process with you to ensure you receive the highest quality decision on either your compensation or pension claim.
